The portal supports the dissemination, discoverability, and responsible management of scholarly work published by Universitas Bung Karno journals. It provides access to journal profiles, issues, articles, submission information, and common research and publication guidance.

UBK Journals is a publishing platform, not a single journal. Submissions must be sent to the journal whose stated scope is relevant to the manuscript.

Readers can browse active journals, published issues, article metadata, and available full text from the journal catalog. Portal-level discovery tools assist navigation and preparation; they do not guarantee editorial suitability, review outcomes, acceptance, indexing, or publication.

Editorial assessment, peer-review management, acceptance, revision, rejection, correction, and retraction decisions belong to the authorized editorial team of the relevant journal. The Scholarly Publishing Office supports platform-level publishing services and responsible practice without replacing journal editorial judgment.

The portal is managed by the Research and Publication Division, LPPM Universitas Bung Karno. The office coordinates portal-level scholarly publishing support, while manuscript-specific questions should be addressed through the contact page of the journal receiving the submission.

Public guidance is intended to help users find verified pages and understand ordinary publishing steps. Journal pages and the published article record remain authoritative. Users should not send confidential manuscript material, reviewer identities, credentials, or sensitive personal information through public assistance features.

UBK Journals merupakan platform penerbitan, bukan satu jurnal. Naskah harus dikirim kepada jurnal yang ruang lingkupnya relevan.

Portal dikelola oleh Divisi Riset dan Publikasi, LPPM Universitas Bung Karno. Kantor ini mengoordinasikan dukungan penerbitan ilmiah tingkat portal, sedangkan pertanyaan mengenai naskah tertentu harus disampaikan melalui halaman kontak jurnal tujuan.

Panduan publik membantu pengguna menemukan halaman terverifikasi dan memahami langkah penerbitan umum. Halaman jurnal dan rekam artikel yang diterbitkan tetap menjadi acuan. Pengguna tidak boleh mengirim materi naskah rahasia, identitas reviewer, kredensial, atau data pribadi sensitif melalui fitur bantuan publik.

Authors must submit original work, acknowledge sources accurately, report methods and findings honestly, identify legitimate contributors, disclose relevant funding and competing interests, obtain required research approvals, and avoid simultaneous or redundant submission. Fabrication, falsification, plagiarism, manipulated citation, undisclosed inappropriate authorship, and deceptive publication practices are unacceptable.

Editors must assess manuscripts on scholarly relevance, quality, integrity, and the journal's stated criteria. They must protect confidentiality, manage competing interests, avoid discriminatory considerations, select appropriate independent reviewers, document decisions, and respond proportionately when credible concerns arise.

Reviewers must treat manuscripts and review materials as confidential, declare conflicts promptly, decline assignments outside their competence or availability, provide respectful evidence-based comments, and refrain from using unpublished information for personal advantage. Reviewer recommendations inform but do not determine the editor's decision.

Credible allegations are assessed without presuming guilt. The relevant journal may request clarification or evidence and may coordinate with authors, reviewers, editors, institutions, funders, or other journals when appropriate. Confidentiality is preserved as far as a fair assessment allows. The outcome depends on verified evidence and the journal's procedure.

Material errors or integrity concerns may require a correction, clarification, expression of concern, retraction, or other clearly linked notice. Changes must preserve the traceability of the scholarly record. A disagreement alone is not proof of misconduct, and removal of published content is exceptional.

Relevant financial, institutional, academic, professional, or personal interests must be disclosed and managed. Complaints about a specific submission or decision should first follow that journal's contact or appeal procedure. Portal-level concerns, inaccessible policy information, or unresolved publishing-service matters may be sent to lppm@ubk.ac.id.

This portal statement is informed by the COPE Core Practices and the Principles of Transparency and Best Practice in Scholarly Publishing. A reference does not by itself claim organizational membership, certification, or indexing.

Penulis wajib mengirim karya orisinal, mengakui sumber secara tepat, melaporkan metode dan temuan dengan jujur, mencantumkan kontributor yang sah, mengungkap pendanaan dan konflik kepentingan yang relevan, memperoleh persetujuan penelitian yang diperlukan, serta menghindari pengiriman simultan atau publikasi berulang. Fabrikasi, falsifikasi, plagiarisme, manipulasi sitasi, kepengarangan yang tidak pantas, dan praktik penerbitan menipu tidak dapat diterima.

Editor menilai naskah berdasarkan relevansi ilmiah, mutu, integritas, dan kriteria jurnal. Editor wajib menjaga kerahasiaan, mengelola konflik kepentingan, menghindari pertimbangan diskriminatif, memilih reviewer independen yang tepat, mendokumentasikan keputusan, dan merespons masalah yang kredibel secara proporsional.

Reviewer wajib memperlakukan naskah dan materi review sebagai rahasia, segera menyatakan konflik, menolak tugas di luar kompetensi atau ketersediaannya, memberikan komentar berbasis bukti dengan hormat, dan tidak menggunakan informasi yang belum diterbitkan untuk keuntungan pribadi. Rekomendasi reviewer membantu, tetapi tidak menentukan keputusan editor.

Dugaan yang kredibel dinilai tanpa praduga bersalah. Jurnal terkait dapat meminta klarifikasi atau bukti dan, jika diperlukan, berkoordinasi dengan penulis, reviewer, editor, institusi, penyandang dana, atau jurnal lain. Kerahasiaan dijaga sejauh memungkinkan penilaian yang adil. Hasil penanganan bergantung pada bukti terverifikasi dan prosedur jurnal.

Kesalahan material atau masalah integritas dapat memerlukan koreksi, klarifikasi, pernyataan keprihatinan, retraksi, atau pemberitahuan lain yang ditautkan secara jelas. Perubahan harus menjaga keterlacakan rekam ilmiah. Perbedaan pendapat semata bukan bukti pelanggaran, dan penghapusan konten terbit merupakan tindakan luar biasa.

Kepentingan finansial, institusional, akademik, profesional, atau pribadi yang relevan wajib diungkap dan dikelola. Pengaduan mengenai naskah atau keputusan tertentu harus terlebih dahulu mengikuti prosedur kontak atau banding jurnal tersebut. Masalah tingkat portal, informasi kebijakan yang tidak dapat diakses, atau layanan penerbitan yang belum terselesaikan dapat disampaikan ke lppm@ubk.ac.id.

Pernyataan portal ini merujuk pada COPE Core Practices dan Principles of Transparency and Best Practice in Scholarly Publishing. Pencantuman rujukan tidak dengan sendirinya menyatakan keanggotaan, sertifikasi, atau pengindeksan.

Published metadata and available full text may be read, searched, linked to, and discovered through the journal website and scholarly services. Access status can differ for third-party material or records whose files are not available; users should rely on the notice attached to the specific item.

Copyright ownership and publication licenses are determined by the policy of the publishing journal and the notice attached to the article. A Creative Commons label applies only where that license is explicitly displayed. Users must follow attribution, sharing, adaptation, commercial-use, or other conditions stated by the applicable license.

Authors should consult their journal's copyright and self-archiving terms before depositing submitted, accepted, or published versions in a repository or website. The DOI or permanent article URL should be used when available so that readers can find the version of record.

Images, maps, instruments, datasets, trademarks, or other third-party material may have separate rights even when included in an open article. The user is responsible for checking credit lines and obtaining permission when the article license does not cover the intended use. Statutory exceptions and limitations remain subject to applicable law.

Open access describes availability to readers; it does not by itself determine whether authors pay a submission or publication fee. Authors must check the current fee page of the intended journal before submission. A portal label is not a fee quotation or waiver decision.

The portal supports stable article identification, metadata dissemination, and access through the journal record. DOI registration, indexing, repository inclusion, and preservation arrangements are distinct services and must be verified from the journal or article record rather than inferred from an open-access label.

For an explanation of how open licenses differ from public-domain tools, consult the official Creative Commons FAQ. UBK Journals does not assign a Creative Commons license to an article unless the relevant journal or article notice does so explicitly.

Metadata terbitan dan teks lengkap yang tersedia dapat dibaca, ditelusuri, ditautkan, serta ditemukan melalui situs jurnal dan layanan ilmiah. Status akses dapat berbeda untuk materi pihak ketiga atau rekam yang berkasnya tidak tersedia; pengguna harus mengikuti pemberitahuan pada materi tertentu.

Kepemilikan hak cipta dan lisensi publikasi ditentukan oleh kebijakan jurnal penerbit serta pemberitahuan pada artikel. Label Creative Commons hanya berlaku apabila lisensi tersebut ditampilkan secara eksplisit. Pengguna wajib mengikuti ketentuan atribusi, pembagian, adaptasi, penggunaan komersial, atau syarat lain dalam lisensi yang berlaku.

Penulis harus memeriksa ketentuan hak cipta dan pengarsipan mandiri jurnal sebelum menyimpan versi kiriman, versi diterima, atau versi terbit di repositori maupun situs lain. DOI atau URL permanen artikel sebaiknya dicantumkan agar pembaca dapat menemukan versi resmi terbitan.

Gambar, peta, instrumen, dataset, merek, atau materi pihak ketiga lain dapat memiliki hak terpisah meskipun terdapat dalam artikel terbuka. Pengguna bertanggung jawab memeriksa keterangan sumber dan memperoleh izin apabila penggunaan yang diinginkan tidak tercakup lisensi artikel. Pengecualian dan pembatasan menurut undang-undang tetap mengikuti hukum yang berlaku.

Akses terbuka menjelaskan ketersediaan bagi pembaca; istilah ini tidak dengan sendirinya menentukan ada atau tidaknya biaya pengiriman maupun publikasi bagi penulis. Penulis wajib memeriksa halaman biaya jurnal tujuan sebelum mengirim naskah. Label portal bukan penawaran biaya atau keputusan keringanan.

Portal mendukung identifikasi artikel yang stabil, penyebaran metadata, dan akses melalui rekam jurnal. Registrasi DOI, pengindeksan, penyertaan dalam repositori, dan pengaturan preservasi merupakan layanan berbeda yang harus diverifikasi dari jurnal atau rekam artikel, bukan disimpulkan dari label akses terbuka.

Penjelasan mengenai perbedaan lisensi terbuka dan perangkat domain publik tersedia pada FAQ resmi Creative Commons. UBK Journals tidak menetapkan lisensi Creative Commons pada artikel kecuali jurnal atau pemberitahuan artikel terkait menyatakannya secara eksplisit.

Editors must be able to make scholarly decisions without improper commercial, political, institutional, or personal influence. The publisher supports the integrity and operation of the journals but does not predetermine acceptance or rejection. The authorized journal editor remains responsible for the final editorial decision.

A submission may be screened for scope, basic completeness, originality concerns, ethical documentation, and compliance with author instructions before external review. Passing an initial check is not acceptance. A manuscript may be declined without external review when it clearly falls outside the journal's scope or requirements.

The journal must describe its review model and process. Reviewer selection should consider relevant expertise, independence, availability, and competing interests. Editors evaluate the manuscript, reviews, author responses, and applicable policy; reviewer votes are advisory and do not replace editorial judgment.

Authors, reviewers, editors, and publishing staff must disclose interests that could reasonably affect their role. A conflicted editor or reviewer should not control the assessment. Disclosure does not automatically establish wrongdoing; it enables transparent management and, when necessary, reassignment.

Authorship must reflect accountable scholarly contribution. Relevant funding, research approvals, data availability, and competing interests should be reported according to the journal and discipline. Any use of automated or AI-assisted tools must follow the journal's current disclosure and authorship rules; such tools cannot assume author responsibility.

Unpublished manuscripts, review reports, identities protected by the journal's review model, editorial deliberations, and account information are handled only for legitimate publishing purposes. Participants must not disclose or exploit confidential material. Public assistance channels must not be used to transmit confidential submissions or credentials.

An appeal should identify the decision, explain the specific procedural or scholarly concern, and provide relevant evidence. It is not a second submission or a guarantee that the decision will change. Complaints are assessed by an appropriate person who was not improperly conflicted; further institutional review may be sought when the journal procedure requires it.

Published work may be reviewed when a substantial error or integrity concern is reported. The response may include no action, a correction, clarification, expression of concern, retraction, or another linked notice. Action should be proportionate, evidence-based, and traceable to the version of record.

Fees, sponsorship, advertising, memberships, or service arrangements must not purchase acceptance or favorable editorial treatment. Current charges and waiver routes must be obtained from the intended journal. Editorial decisions must remain separate from payment administration.

Questions about a manuscript, review, or decision belong to the journal's official contact channel. Technical account or interface problems should be reported with non-confidential diagnostic information. Portal-wide publishing-service concerns may be sent to lppm@ubk.ac.id.

Editor harus dapat mengambil keputusan ilmiah tanpa pengaruh komersial, politik, institusional, atau pribadi yang tidak patut. Penerbit mendukung integritas dan operasional jurnal, tetapi tidak menentukan penerimaan atau penolakan sebelumnya. Editor jurnal yang berwenang tetap bertanggung jawab atas keputusan editorial akhir.

Naskah dapat diperiksa berdasarkan ruang lingkup, kelengkapan dasar, masalah orisinalitas, dokumen etika, dan kepatuhan terhadap petunjuk penulis sebelum review eksternal. Lolos pemeriksaan awal bukan berarti diterima. Naskah dapat ditolak tanpa review eksternal apabila jelas berada di luar ruang lingkup atau persyaratan jurnal.

Jurnal wajib menjelaskan model dan proses review-nya. Pemilihan reviewer mempertimbangkan keahlian, independensi, ketersediaan, dan konflik kepentingan. Editor menilai naskah, hasil review, tanggapan penulis, dan kebijakan yang berlaku; rekomendasi reviewer bersifat pertimbangan dan tidak menggantikan keputusan editorial.

Penulis, reviewer, editor, dan pengelola penerbitan wajib mengungkap kepentingan yang secara wajar dapat memengaruhi perannya. Editor atau reviewer yang berkonflik tidak boleh mengendalikan penilaian. Pengungkapan tidak otomatis membuktikan pelanggaran; pengungkapan memungkinkan pengelolaan transparan dan, bila perlu, pengalihan tugas.

Kepengarangan harus mencerminkan kontribusi ilmiah yang dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Pendanaan, persetujuan penelitian, ketersediaan data, dan konflik kepentingan yang relevan dilaporkan sesuai ketentuan jurnal serta disiplin ilmu. Penggunaan perangkat otomatis atau berbantuan AI harus mengikuti aturan pengungkapan dan kepengarangan jurnal; perangkat tersebut tidak dapat memikul tanggung jawab penulis.

Naskah yang belum diterbitkan, laporan review, identitas yang dilindungi model review jurnal, pertimbangan editorial, serta informasi akun hanya diproses untuk tujuan penerbitan yang sah. Para pihak tidak boleh mengungkap atau memanfaatkan materi rahasia. Kanal bantuan publik tidak boleh digunakan untuk mengirim naskah rahasia atau kredensial.

Banding harus menyebutkan keputusan, menjelaskan masalah prosedural atau ilmiah secara spesifik, dan menyertakan bukti relevan. Banding bukan pengiriman naskah kedua dan tidak menjamin perubahan keputusan. Pengaduan dinilai oleh pihak yang tepat dan tidak memiliki konflik yang tidak patut; peninjauan institusional lebih lanjut dapat dilakukan apabila prosedur jurnal mengharuskannya.

Karya terbit dapat ditinjau apabila dilaporkan kesalahan substansial atau masalah integritas. Respons dapat berupa tanpa tindakan, koreksi, klarifikasi, pernyataan keprihatinan, retraksi, atau pemberitahuan lain yang tertaut. Biaya, sponsor, iklan, keanggotaan, atau pengaturan layanan tidak boleh membeli penerimaan atau perlakuan editorial yang menguntungkan. Biaya dan jalur keringanan terbaru harus diperoleh dari jurnal tujuan. Keputusan editorial harus terpisah dari administrasi pembayaran.
