Dear Authors, Reviewers, Readers, and Journal Managers,
To enhance system infrastructure performance, server stability, and data management efficiency, the SETARA Journal Technical Team is currently conducting a System Migration and Digital Archiving Process.
Please be advised of the following details regarding this period:

System Maintenance: Access to the OJS platform may experience intermittent disruptions or temporary unavailability for certain operational functions.

Gradual Open Access Rollout: As part of our digital archiving, we will be re-opening full open access to our publication archives gradually, covering past issues from Vol. 1, No. 1 through Vol. 7, No. 1. This file restructuring is being processed alongside the system migration.

Estimated Timeline: This process is scheduled to run until June 14, 2026, or potentially completed sooner depending on technical progress.

Manuscript Submission: For authors intending to submit new manuscripts for the upcoming issue (Volume 7 Number 2 (2026)), the submission pipeline remains active and will resume full operations immediately following the maintenance.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused during this scheduled maintenance. This upgrade is essential to ensure data integrity, preserve our complete publication archives, and provide a better user experience in the future.
