The articles examine restrictions on the political rights of former convicts in the 2024 general election contestation (Ali et al., 2023), legal protection for investors harmed by unlawful insider trading practices in the capital market (Zubaidi et al., 2023), criminal law enforcement against the unlawful distribution of electronic documents containing insult or defamation (Harianto, 2023), the authority of regency and municipal governments in one-stop integrated services to promote public welfare (Siagian, 2023), and juridical perspectives on child protection law in relation to sexual crimes against children in Indonesia (Hemuto et al., 2023).
