Copyright Ownership

Authors who publish with SETARA: Jurnal Ilmu Hukum retain the copyright of their articles. The authors grant the journal the right of first publication and allow the journal to publish, distribute, preserve, and make the article publicly available as part of its scholarly publishing services.

Author Rights
